Soup Season
Today on the show I work up some soup inspiration and share my five favorite soup recipes for Fall. I mention in the show that soup is actually low on my “go-to” list of Fall recipes. For whatever reason it takes a lot of effort for me to get jazzed up about soup. That being said, I am always glad I end up making it. Then I wonder quietly to myself why I am such a “soup grinch.” Anyway, listen to the episode for all the details!

Pasta e Fagioli soup recipe from Allrecipes (this is a huge batch recipe…you can halve it and it still makes a ton of soup).
Tortilla Chicken and Lime Soup
Chicken Pot Pie Soup (from Chrissy Tiegen’s incredible Cravings cookbook).
French Lentil Soup (a classic)
“Legendary” Commander’s Palace Honey Roasted Parsnip Soup. (Scroll down a ways in the blog post to find it). Listen to the episode to find out why I’ve never actually made this recipe! Yet I still recommend it! Wacky!
