On today’s show we are diving right into one of the hottest trends in home cooking in recent years. Have you  heard of sous vide cooking? This French technique uses heated, circulated water to cook food to perfect temperature and doneness. It’s less crazy than it sounds, and you’ve probably even seen it used in your favorite cooking show on the Food Network.

The great news is that technological advances has made sous vide accessible to the home cook.
