Headcheese
We had some headcheese made by Schmalz. Take a look at this beauty.
I couldn’t find any online but this Koegel stuff looks about similar.
Bamboo Worms
Yikes. A bit dry but not bad really. Get your very own on Amazon!
Pork Brains
This was a tough one. Very intimidating and just gross to look at. Need a braaaaaiiiiiins fix?
Durian
This stinky fruit has a lot of fans around the world. I’m afraid to say two more fans weren’t made today.
Umeboshi Plums
Probably the most sour thing we’ve ever eaten. Not terribly delicious, but the pucker power is unmatched.
Da Bomb Beyond Insanity Hot Sauce
We had to edit many minutes out of this episode because it was mostly just us sitting there and weeping about how our tongues were on fire. Legit hot, but not the best tasting sauce out there.
Mberry
A fun way to end the night. We did some “flavor tripping” with Mberry and turned some sour flavors sweet.
