Fall is here, and jambalaya is one of my favorite foods this time of year. Here’s my go-to recipe (note this is a creole version as it contains tomatoes).

Here is that amazing silicone egg ring for the Instant Pot I talked about. It’s made by OXO and is a boon if you made hard boiled eggs in your pressure cooker. Below that is an example of the silicone sling as well (though I haven’t used one of these myself yet. And of course you’ll want to match the size of your pressure cooker).

Ready to make some oven-dried tomatoes? The process is simple and delivers huge flavors. Eat them as a snack, in pastas, on salads, or incorporate them into your favorite tomato soup for a flavor boost.
