Latin American Favorites
Today I have a fun conversation for you as my friend Jairo Benavidiamos and I do a whirlwind tour of our favorite Latin American dishes. Jairo was born in Peru and raised in Miami, so he has a really great appreciation of and passion for all types of latin cuisine. I’ve done a bit of traveling so we take time to compare some notes. All (almost) of the dishes we talked about are represented below with a link to a typical recipe. If you are feeling up for some south of the border cooking, now is your chance to try some less-common recipes.
Jairo can be found on the podcast that he cohosts; The True Bromance Film Podcast. Check it out when you have a chance.
