Quick Fix: Baked Potato Wedges

Whip up some great baked potato fries for your next grilled steak or burger!

Serves 4
4 Russet potatos
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

Scrub potatoes but do not peel. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Half those pieces, then do that one more time until you have 8 wedges from each potato.

Toss those wedges into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle liberally with kosher or sea salt, and black pepper. Place potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes. Take potatoes out of the oven, and turn over. Return to oven and bake for 2o more minutes. Potato wedges should be crispy. Enjoy!
