Kitchen Counter Podcast – January 2017 Round-Up

Today I bring you my first monthly round up episode! I’ve found that when I do my usual episodes I pick a topic and focus in. That doesn’t leave me much opportunity to have a conversation with you about what’s on my mind in the world of home cooking and food. I decided to remedy that by doing an episode at the beginning of each month where I can talk about what I’m cooking, what products I’m using and like (and don’t like), what episodes I have coming up for the month, and whatever other “soapbox” topics I want to riff on.

You can think of it as a Kitchen Counter Podcast “buffet” where we can I can offer up lots of little tidbits for you to nibble on.

I won’t summarize all the round up info in this post–you’ll have to listen to the show! But I will put information and links to anything I’ve mentioned below for your convenience.
