Day four of our week-long grilling series of Quick Fix episodes takes a turn for the sweeter with a simple and delicious grilled peach recipe.
2 peaches, halved and pitted
Take each peach half and brush lightly with melted butter. Sprinkle lightly with brown sugar. Grill peaches, starting flesh side down, over medium to medium high heat until grill marks start to form (4 to 5 minutes). Turn over and grill on other side until peaches are soft (4 to 5 minutes). Remove from grill and enjoy. Especially delicious with vanilla ice cream!
