It Came From Aisle 9

Today we have a special Halloween episode for you! My friend Chris and I think up what really scares us from the grocery store, then we sit down and give them all a go with a taste testing. I think we found the most horrifying product you can probably buy in a regular grocery store, but to find out what that is, you’ll have to listen!

Next episode we’ll be back to our regular format with a great home cooking topic. Happy Halloween!

Notes from this Episode:

Here is the list of “scary” grocery store food items we tried. Listen to the episode for our patented (ok not really) spooky rating system and thoughts on each food.

Juanita’s Hot and Spicy Menudo

Roland Escargot Snails

Sells Liver Pate

Armour Potted Meat

BumbleBee Sardines in Oil

Yehuda Gefilte Fish

Hormel Pigs Feet

El Mexicano Pickled Pork Skins

And for all you gluttons for punishment, as promised in the episode, here is the shot of the pigs feet extraction. Seriously terrifying.

And the remains of the afternoon of horror in case you don’t believe we tried everything…
