Quick Fix: Grilled Corn on the Cob

Play episode

When we grill it’s always great if we can make a complete meal all in one place. One of the easiest grilling sides I can think of is good old grilled corn on the cob. There are two things to keep in mind: the fresher the corn, the better, and don’t overthink it. Listen to this episode for all the details!

Recipe for Grilled Corn on the Cob:

4 ears of corn, shucked (naked)

Place the corn naked on the grill over medium high heat. Turn slightly every minute or so until the corn begins to take on some char color. The corn should be finished in 7-10 minutes. Remove from grill, butter and season and enjoy!
