Grilled Mushroom Skewers

(makes 4 to 6 skewers)
1 pound cremini mushrooms
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Sea or kosher salt, and ground black pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Put the vinegar, olive oil, and basil together in a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Place mushrooms on skewers and brush liberally with your oil and vinegar mixture. Sprinkle with salt and place mushroom skewers on grill, turning once, 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and enjoy!
