Fusion Cooking with Eatsperience Madrid

Fusion Cooking

On today’s show I welcome Eatsperience Madrid co-founder and cooking coach, Isotta Peira, to talk about fusion cuisine for home cooks. Isotta and I have quite a lot in common, not least of which is a passion to help people get in their kitchens and cook. We sit down for a trans-Atlantic conversation about how to start cooking “fusion” in your home kitchen, improvising recipes, one of the most famous “fusion” recipes in American cuisine, and more.

Isotta also talks about her very cool online cooking school that offers one-on-one instruction (or group instruction, or even company team-building activities). Grab some tea/wine/water and have a listen, then check out the links below!

Interested in an online cooking class with Isotta? Read about all the options, then jump in! She offers one-on-one, group, and corporate packages. It’s a great way to learn and spend time with loved ones even though we may be apart.

Isotta and Eatsperience have all sorts of social media for you, including Facebook and Instagram. Oh, you should also consider joining Isotta’s Facebook group: Cooking Easy to Eating Deli(cious)
