Amazing Braising
On today’s episode I go into detail about that favorite cooking method of mine: braising. What’s not to like? A tough cut of meat (or not, more on that later), some liquid (I prefer a wine/broth combo), and a nice stretch of alone time in a low heat oven, and heaven is only a dinner plate away.
