It’s all about creating the perfect chicken wing as I welcome my friend Jairo back to the show. Jairo is always on the hunt for the perfect wing and has spent many hours perfecting his own version at home. Listen on to hear tips about what components go into the a great wing, and which cooking methods can get you closest to the real thing.
