Mentioned in this Episode

It’s no secret I love the Southern Food and Beverage Museum (SOFAB), especially after you listen to this episode where Liz Williams and I talk about their new National Culinary Heritage Register program. They also have a new podcast network and tons of educational opportunities. My brother Randy and I visited in 2019 and really enjoyed it. Here are a few pics from our visit to SOFAB:

Fenugreek! In the last Let’s Cook episode I made butter chicken that called for both fenugreek seeds and leaves. If you are looking to get ahold of some fenugreek but can’t find it locally, give The Spice House a shot. They are my favorite online spice shop, and they carry seeds (both whole and ground) as well as dried leaves.

Ready for a new cookbook giveaway? Get in on this one before April 30, 2021 for a chance to win Jeff Mauro’s new (and first) cookbook, “Come On Over: 111 Fantastic Recipes for the Family That Cooks, Eats, and Laughs Together.” Rather just buy it? Your local bookseller can find it for you, and of course it’s always on Amazon.
