Winging It
I was invited on to the True Bromance Film Podcast to chat with the director and star of “The Great Chicken Wing Hunt” documentary, Matt Reynolds. We had a lot of fun talking movies, wings, and Matt’s labor of love, his documentary.

Listener Question:
This question was posed by Dave Maier of the Cool Story Show and Podcast Without Borders show. He wanted to know of some great recipes that a single guy can easily make. This is a tricky request because a lot of it really depends on the type of food you like to eat and cook. It really varies a lot by each person. So I’m offering some general guidelines for you Dave, rather than a list of things you must do. Rather than pick out 5 dishes that are easy to make, I chose 5 dishes that are not only delicious, but will make you a better cook just by learning them. They represent some fundamental techniques: learning these recipes would give you a great foothold on techniques that will help you learn and master other dishes. By the way, we had a ton of feedback from social media on what people thought were essential recipes, so be sure to listen to this episode to hear all of those ideas and shout-outs to the people that suggested them! Oh and if you have suggestions for Dave regarding easy, awesome, essential recipes, send me an email at feedback@kitchencounterpodcast.com and I will make sure he gets them!
