Chris Degener shared an awesome grilled half-chicken recipe. Amazing!
- 2 Cups White vinegar
- 1 TBSP Salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Jalapeno pepper thinly sliced
- Prepare grill for direct grilling. Season chicken with your choice of rub or season with salt and pepper.
- Grill half chicken skin side down for approximately 20 minutes. Baste with mop sauce every few minutes. Turn chicken over and brush with mop sauce. Grill an additional 5 minutes.
- To prepare mop sauce: combine ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and mix.
