Easy Creamy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless/skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1 can of condensed cream soup (like cream of chicken or mushroom)
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire or soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional spices: 1/2 teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, and mild chili powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven or roasting dish with lid. Mix together well. Put lid on and place in oven.
After 30 minutes check on the dish. You may need to stir everything once more so it cooks evenly. Return to oven and check again in 10-15 minutes. When liquid is absorbed the dish is ready. Enjoy!
