Salmon with Mustard and Dill

  • Author: Randy Anderson
  • Yield: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients

1 Lb. Salmon Fillet

1 – 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard

2 tsp Dry Dill, or 1 Tbs. Fresh Dill

Ground Pepper

Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a baking dish
  • Place salmon in a baking dish with the skin side down
  • Spread mustard over the top – be somewhat generous so that the mustard completely covers the salmon.
  • Sprinkle with the dill and then drizzle with fresh lime juice. Season with fresh ground pepper.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for about 15minutes. Depends on thickness but bake about 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness. Fish should flake easily when done.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!!
