Rich and full of chocolate, these cookies are guaranteed to be a huge hit wherever you take them. Put these into your regular cookie rotation. Note that you need to let the dough chill before baking, so take that extra time into consideration when planning to make these.

- 4 Ounces Unsweetened chocolate
- 12 Ounces Semisweet chocolate chips divided
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Powdered sugar
- Melt the unsweetened chocolate, half of the chocolate chips, and butter in the microwave. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and melted chocolate mixture. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Take one cup of dough out of fridge at a time, Flour your hands and roll into 1 inch balls. Put on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly puffed. Cool on pan for 4 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with remaining dough. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
